The method of current research is of descriptive- analytic type. The present study aims to estimate touristic value of Elgoli and Baghlar Baghi Parks using CVM conditional valuation technique where in this regard it examines the effective factors in acceptance of tendency to pay for visiting of these parks by means of LOGIT model and double- choice questionnaire. Using randomized simple sampling method, 320 samples were selected from Elgoli Garden and 150 samples from Baghlar Baghi Garden. The results of study indicate that 65% of visitors in Elgoli Garden and 67% of visitors from Baghlar Baghi were inclined in payment of fund to visit these touristic attractive regions. These variables include offered fund, educational degree, income, satisfaction, family dimension, age, and gender which are effective factors in probable acceptance for payment for these parks by the visitors. The average fund for which the visitors are inclined to pay to use touristic services by any person is 12’000 Rials and 10’000 Rials respectively to visit Elgoli and Baghlar Baghi Parks. By considering this mean payment rate, the total annual recreational values are estimated 1’069’409’952’000 Rials and 63’894’732’000 Rials respectively for Elgoli and Baghlar Baghi Parks. Thus with respect to high value and importance of these parks, the planners should more notice development of tourism and enhancing welfare for the visitors of this region.

Urban tourism is formed by combination of environmental capacities and by provision of suitable services in obtaining tourists’ satisfaction. This type of tourism is the most profitable type of one in the advanced countries and has significant effects on urban spaces in different economic, social, cultural, ecologic fields. But urban attractions development for the sustainable use of tourism sources and its development requires special attention to provide possibilities and equipment facilitating access to the attractions and to cause drawing the tourists’ satisfaction. So, the cities which possess the necessary capacities including environmental attractions and enough infrastructures for development will be successful in tourism. In fact, urban capacities are considered to be a ground-maker for tourism cycle development, but what makes these capacities economic and sustainable is the customer’s (tourism) satisfaction. This requires a systematic approach relative to tourism activity to provide its development ground through creating and supplying the required facilities. Bushehr province coasts have a high potential for the tourism and are considered among the coastal tourism attractions in the province and the region. Since the required facilities are the first step to attract and keep the tourists means their re-demand, the cognition of the region situation in terms of the existence of a level of these factors provides a ground to get familiar with the region’s tourism situation and its pathology and development in order to create their satisfaction and loyalty to the destination meeting the tourists’ needs and expectations. The aim of this research is to evaluate the components affecting on satisfaction with tourism destinations in coastal cities of Bushehr province. The method of the present research is descriptive-analytical in which collecting the components affecting on satisfaction with tourism destinations has been conducted through the questionnaire. Measuring the relationship amount of components affecting on satisfaction was analyzed using factor analysis model and Pearson correlation test. According to the results of Pearson correlation test, the correlation among the infrastructure possibilities’ quality, the host community’s behavior quality, service quality and environment quality with tourists’ satisfaction amount are 0.723, 0.684, 0.855 and 0.560 respectively in which the services quality, infrastructure possibilities’ quality, the host community’s behavior quality, and environment quality components respectively show the most and the least correlation amount with tourists’ satisfaction factor. This is an indicative of community host’s culture and their attitude towards tourists entering these cities rooting in hospitality culture of the residents of this region of the country and can be a base for planning and developing coastal tourism.

The pattern of the global population growing trend toward older adults and this has led to a global phenomenon in the 21st century. The increasing burden of demographic aging presents unique challenges to families, communities, and nations, as well as to the promotion of health and well-being in later life. The process of ageing goes on in parallel with today’s trends of urbanization. The risks of city living impact everyone but seniors (defined as those aged 65 years or above) are particularly vulnerable due to age-related needs and preferences (e.g. to stay in their own homes, and/or near their children and grandchildren). Tourism is one of the Suitable activities for the elderly in order to improve their physical and mental aspects. Tourism compels them to mobility and come out of isolation and inactivity. Urban tourism becomes one of the main functions of the cities. If it can provide the demand and expectations of elderly tourist and create age-friendly city, it will lead to Tourist Satisfaction of tourism Destination. Making cities more age-friendly is a necessary and logical response to promote the wellbeing and contributions of older people and keep cities thriving. An age-friendly city encourages active ageing by optimizing opportunities for health, participation and security in order to enhance quality of life as people age.
This study seeks to examine the relationship and effectiveness of the components of age-friendly city on satisfaction and loyalty of Mashhad elderly tourist based on the European Customer Satisfaction Index (ECSI) model. 183 questionnaires answered by the elderly tourist of this destination were investigated. Data were tested based on the proposed conceptual model and European model to measure correlation by using Spearman test and Regression path analysis. The results show a positive association between image destination, expectations, and perceived quality and, perceived value in the level of satisfaction and loyalty of destination. By increasing the amount of each of the four factors, satisfaction and subsequently loyalty index increase. In the Following the path analysis, image destination is the most influential factor on loyalty of this destination directly and indirectly. In addition, Satisfaction directly and perceived quality indirectly have been effective to create elderly tourists loyalty to the religious and cultural destination

With the increase in population and the reduction of citizens' access to open and natural environments, the need to circulate and recreate urban sprawl is felt more and more. The tourism industry has several advantages. One of these benefits is the industry's remarkable role in improving the economic and social conditions of the people. Tourism is conducted in the natural, cultural and social environment, and has many and varied impacts that impact on the environment is one of them. If tourism development does not develop on the basis of environmental and sustainable development, over time, many negative impacts on the environment will be generated and destroyed. Environmental impact assessment studies are among the ways to identify potential impacts of development and reduction of environmental disruptions and ensure the sustainability of tourism development. One of the most common methods for assessing environmental impacts is the Leopold matrix. The effects of project implementation were identified in two phases of construction and operation. The effects checklist was also analyzed. The results of the research showed that the project, both in the construction phase and in the exploitation phase, has no negative outcomes with a mean score of 1/3, as a result of the development of the Nevada pearl tourism area taking into account environmental considerations and negative impact reduction strategies, poorly approved.
