The issue of urban tourism in large cities such as Tehran has great importance for the leisure of the people in the city. One of the most important recreation destinations in the city, which has attracted tourists in recent years, is Chitgar recreation Area, located in the west of Tehran. In present study according to the goal of study which is assessing the recreation development status in mentioned area, two models that are COPRAS and BOCR models were used. In order to combine both models, main criteria of BOCR which means economical, social and environmental issues considered as model’s inputs in COPRAS model. Results reveal that in BOCR model, economical and social advantages with allocation of 0.46 score have taken most impact while economical costs (0.16 score) have taken lowest impact in compare to others. Results from COPRAS model shows economical, social and environmental issues with allocation of 0.052, 0.021 and 0.013 COPRAS score have most influence from recreation development respectively. However, in contrast to the BOCR model, Effectiveness of sub-criteria will not be recognizable. In both methods environmental issues identified in undesirable condition and due to this matter recreation development in this area needs to pay attention and develop the environmental conditions.

Present study is done with the aim of affecting tourism typology on development of tourism in Aras free zone. The tourist’s demographic research is on 22 of May to 21 of June.2017 in the Aras free zone that the volume of the sample is obtained with simple random sample method 100 people. To analyze is used the data model at least squares part in software Warp - PLS. Findings indicate that the effectiveness of the independent variables dependent variables tourism typology and tourism development. In the structural model as the coefficients obtained higher show that the variable is considered more influence. In the structural model obtained, recreational tourism has the most affected tourism typology by a factor of the variable impact of the 0.59. After such tourism, historical tourism, natural tourism, trade tourism and city tourism have the most affected, respectively, by an impact factor of 0.49, 0.36, 0.26 and 0.21. Also a minimal impact factor is related to adventure tourism by 0.01. In connection with tourism development variables, most influential variables related to setting opportunities for the private sector to invest, increase the attention of the free zone Aras to invest in the tourism sector in the region and facilities in the field of visas for foreign tourists. Minimal impact factor is r provide strengthening variable for tourism attractions in the vicinity of the Aras free zone with 0.19 impact factor. Impact on tourism typology coefficient against tourism development is 0.29. Also Stone - Geiser test that the model has capacity and predictive power.

This research was conducted to design a tourism marketing mix model with emphasis on stakeholder loyalty in Tehran metropolis. The research method is a combination of confirmatory exploratory type. The statistical population in the qualitative and quantitative section includes all the active people in the field of tourism and a qualitative stratified sampling method The sample size was 384 with Krejci and Morgan tables and random cluster sampling. The data collection method in the quantitative section is two researcher-made questionnaires. To analyze the data, Smart-PLS and 22 SPSS software were used and the three criteria of R2, Q2 and GOF were used to check the adequacy of the model. The results of the study confirmed the final model in the eight dimensions of the tourism marketing mix (product, price, promotion, Place, physical evidence, Productivity and Quality, people, and process). The results of the research show that there is a positive and meaningful relationship between dimensions of tourism marketing mix and attitudinal loyalty. There is a positive and significant relationship between the dimensions of the mix of tourism marketing and self-confidence. There is a positive and meaningful relationship between the supporter of the attitude of the stakeholders and the supporter of respecting personality.<br /> Key words: Marketing mix, Tourism, Attitude loyalty, Behavioral loyalty

Tourist destinations and their societies are seeking to find new ways for competition in tourism market; as one of these ways, night tourism has been considered in recent years. Shiraz city with variety of attractions is one of the main tourist destination in Iran and has notable potentials for night tourism development. The aim of this paper was to investigate desirability of urban night tourism from Shiraz tourists’ viewpoints. Research statistical population was those tourists who arrived in Shiraz city in March 2017 and stayed there at least for three nights. Sample size was 400 and needed data was gathered through questionnaire. The questionnaire included three parts including general attributes of tourists, tourists’ viewpoint about nighttime desirability of city environment and tourist attractions, and tourists’ viewpoint about importance of environment and tourist attractions for night tourism development. Statistical methods of Wilcoxon signed-rank test, Friedman test, Mann Whitney test, Kruskal-Wallis test, Simple and multiple regression and SPSS software were applied for analyzing of data and testing hypotheses. Results showed that among urban nighttime environment criteria, the criteria of weather condition and night city beauty were more desirable for tourists. Among different attractions, historical monuments were the most desirable, and nighttime desirability of cultural attractions, gardens and parks, recreational spaces and religious places ranked second. 30.9 percent of variance of tourist satisfaction’ was explained by variances of ‘environment desirability’ and ‘nighttime tourism attractions’, and 54.4 percent of variance of tourist loyalty was explained by variance of tourist satisfaction.

The highly competitive environment in tourism services, tourism activists are forced to seek new ways to improve their competitive advantage. Tourism Supply chain management is one of the most effective strategies that tourism firms can use to increase their competitive advantage. A study on the performance evaluation of supply chain management in the service sector, such as tourism, is very limited in comparison with the manufacturing sector. This shows the necessity of further study in this field. The purpose of this study was to identify the processes and components of rural tourism supply chain management using the Delphi method and their ranking with the DANP method. For this purpose, two groups of academic experts and local managers of Mazandaran were selected by snowball sampling method. Two questionnaires were designed In the form of Likert spectrum and paired comparisons. Experts' views were used to increase formal validity. To assess the reliability of the questionnaire, the fitting coefficient of paired comparisons was used. The fitting coefficient was 0/0035 and it was of sufficient reliability.
Today, tourism is one of the most important and effective economic issues and is one of the prominent factors of communication, social and cultural in the world. The competition that tourist destinations are currently facing has created a need to understand the process by which these destinations generate satisfaction and loyalty. The purpose of this study was to identify and evaluate the role of factors affecting the loyalty of tourists in Ramsar tourist destination. The present study was applied, descriptive and correlation based on structural equation modeling based on partial least squares method. Population (participants) of the study consisted of Iranian tourists visiting Ramsar city tourism destination. The sample size was 400 people. Sampling method was simple random. Data were collected through a questionnaire. Validity of the questionnaire was confirmed through content validity and its reliability was confirmed by Cronbach's alpha (0.889). A confirmatory factor analysis was used to ensure the reliability of the measurement models. Data analysis was performed using SPSS24 and SmartPLS2 software packages. The results showed that all hypotheses were confirmed and determined that marketing innovation, the attractiveness of urban activities, destination image, tourism destination characteristics and perceived quality through intermediary variables such as perceived value and satisfaction played a significant role in Loyalty to the city of Ramsar. According to the analysis, the results and suggestions were presented.
