تبیین مدل جذب گردشگر سلامت: با استفاده از استراتژی تئوری داده بنیاد کلاسیک

چکیده

گردشگری به عنوان یکی از صنایع ممتاز دارای اهمیت بسیار فراوانی است. امروزه سفر برای درمان از اهداف مهم گردشگری است، بنابراین گردشگری سلامت و مراقبت‌های بهداشتی در دنیا رشد سریعی دارد. مساله اصلی که این پژوهش به دنبال پاسخی علمی و سیستماتیک برای آن می باشد، این است که مدل جذب گردشگر سلامت در ایران چیست؟ چه عوامل و مولفه هایی سبب جذب گردشگر سلامت در کشور ایران می شود؟ و کارکرد این عوامل به چه صورت است؟ مطالعه پیش رو با استفاده از روش پژوهش کیفی و با اتکا بر فلسفه تفسیری نمادین به دنبال استخراج چیستی و چرایی مدل جذب گردشگر سلامت در کشور ایران است. در این راستا از استراتژی تئوری داده بنیاد کلاسیک از طریق کد گذاری باز، انتخابی و نظری به منظور تبیین استقرایی نظریه جذب گردشگر سلامت استفاده شده است. داده ها از طریق مصاحبه نیمه ساختار یافته با 20 نفر از گردشگران خارجی سلامت کلانشهر مشهد از طریق نمونه گیری نظری و تا رسیدن به نقطه اشباع نظری جمع آوری شده است و بعد از تحلیل باز، انتخابی و نظری، مدل جذب گردشگر سلامت کشور ایران تبیین شده است. مدل جذب گردشگر سلامت در ایران از پنج مقوله اصلی تشکیل شده است که عبارتند از: کیفیت و ارزش آفرینی درمان، تبلیغات سلامت، ارزش ویژه برند شهری، خدمات درمان اسلامی و زیرساخت و جاذبه‌های گردشگری است.
