Therefore, in the present era, with the advancement of science and technology, various facilities have been created in relation to tourism. So that the cities are trying to use these developments and according to the internal potentials of the high tourism capacity of their country.

2. In fact, tourism is seen as an industry today. Tourism is the most extensive service industry that will expand rapidly in the future as it did in the past and today, and the benefits of this lucrative and valuable industry include that it is an important source for the prosperity of developing economies and balancing countries. Finance is in the international economy of rich and poor countries.

3. Adopt a sustainable approach to tourism development: In this mechanism, all stakeholders in destination tourism such as government, private sector activists, interested NGOs and local people in general should feel a shared responsibility for tourism development. Spreading the notion that tourism presents an opportunity for local and national development to the destination community.

In order to provide a suitable environment for the development of urban tourism, in the first stage, it is necessary to identify the attractions and in the next stage, to evaluate them. Assessing tourist attractions plays an important role in anticipating needs, addressing deficiencies, planning, decision-making and urban tourism development.

In view of the above, it can be concluded that any way to achieve success, if it is lawful and appropriate, is considered a policy. So we can say that tourism and the tourism industry is an important economic way to achieve development in the city, which should also be called tourism policy. Tourism in its modern meaning and form is a phenomenon that has been created in recent centuries with prosperity. Today, this industry is one of the most important sources of income in the economy of countries, which is not only economically useful, but also causes familiarity with cultures, reduces unemployment and social corruption, and increases the welfare of society. There are various areas of action in urban policymaking, including policies related to urban land, urban environment, urban infrastructure, urban finance, and the well-being of citizens, which the creation of sustainable and cohesive tourism can cover all of these areas. Of course, not in a specific way, but in general and along with other methods and policies to achieve development can be of great importance.
