ارزیابی تأثیر توسعه زیرساخت‌های گردشگری بر ماندگاری گردشگران نوروزی در شهر سنندج

چکیده

زیرساخت‌های گردشگری شهری نقش مهمی در توسعه صنعت گردشگری ایفا می‌کنند. بهینه‌سازی و مدیریت صحیح این زیرساخت‌ها تجربه کلی گردشگران را بهبود می‌بخشد و به طولانی شدن اقامت گردشگران در مقصد کمک می‌کند. شهر سنندج به‌عنوان شهر خلاق موسیقی و پایتخت نوروزی جهان، یکی از مناطق گردشگری پرطرفدار استان کردستان محسوب می‌شود که سالانه، به‌ویژه در ایام نوروز، پذیرای گردشگران داخلی و خارجی زیادی است. بااین‌حال، زیرساخت‌های گردشگری شهر سنندج به‌خوبی در جذب و ماندگاری گردشگران موفق عمل نمی‌کنند. ازاین‌رو، این پژوهش در تلاش است تا تأثیر زیرساخت‌های گردشگری شهری را بر ماندگاری گردشگران نوروزی شهر سنندج بررسی کند. با توجه به ماهیت کاربردی پژوهش، روش تحقیق به‌صورت ترکیبی (کمی-کیفی) اتخاذشده است. برای این منظور، پرسش‌نامه‌هایی با ۲۲ گویه در طیف پنج‌درجه‌ای لیکرت در نوروز 1403 بین گردشگران توزیع شد. جامعه آماری این پژوهش شامل گردشگران شهر سنندج با جمعیت ۱, ۷۷۴, ۷۶۷ نفر بود. با استفاده از فرمول کوکران، حجم نمونه ۳۸۴ نفر محاسبه شد و به‌منظور افزایش دقت در تحلیل‌ها، تعداد ۴۱۰ پرسش‌نامه توزیع گردید. همچنین، نمونه‌گیری به‌صورت تصادفی ساده انجام شد. داده‌های حاصل با استفاده از مدل رگرسیون چندگانه در نرم‌افزار SPSS تجزیه‌وتحلیل شدند. همچنین، به‌منظور مشخص شدن معضلات موجود در سطح شهر، مصاحبه‌های نیمه ساختاریافته‌ای با گردشگران انجام شد. نتایج پژوهش نشان می‌دهند که زیرساخت‌های گردشگری شهری، به‌ویژه مکان‌های تاریخی و فرهنگی با ضریب تأثیر ۳۱۶/۰، نقش حیاتی در جذب و افزایش ماندگاری گردشگران نوروزی در سنندج دارند. در این راستا، به مدیران شهری توصیه می‌شود که با تقویت و بهینه‌سازی این زیرساخت‌ها و همچنین بهبود حمل‌ونقل و شرایط جاده‌ها، تجربه و رضایت گردشگران را افزایش دهند تا به ماندگاری بیشتر آن‌ها در این شهر بینجامد
