الگوی تاب‌آوری ذی‌نفعان صنعت گردشگری با تکیه‌بر ظرفیت‌های اجتماعی و فرهنگی استان‌های منتخب گردشگری ایران

چکیده

ذی‌نفعان صنعت گردشگری با ایجاد تاب‌آوری می‌توانند در برابر بحران‌ها بهبود یابند و بر اقتصاد ملی تأثیرگذار باشند. همچنین، با در نظر گرفتن ظرفیت‌های اجتماعی-فرهنگی، ذی‌نفعان می‌توانند بحران‌ها را به فرصتی برای رشد و توسعه پایدار تبدیل کنند. بنابراین، توجه به ایجاد تاب‌آوری ذی‌نفعان صنعت گردشگری و ارتقاء آن برای توسعه پایدار ضروری است. در این راستا، پژوهش حاضر با هدف ارائه الگوی تاب‌آوری ذی‌نفعان صنعت گردشگری با تکیه‌بر ظرفیت‌های اجتماعی-فرهنگی در استان‌های برگزیده گردشگری ایران (تهران، یزد، اصفهان و همدان) انجام‌شده است. این پژوهش از نوع بنیادی است، و روش پژوهش کیفی و به روش داده بنیاد صورت پذیرفته است. داده‌ها با روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند نظری و با استفاده از ابزار مصاحبه عمیق با خبرگان پژوهش گردآوری و با استفاده از اصول تحلیل داده‌ها و مبانی کدگذاری، با کمک نرم‌افزار (مکس کیو دی ای) انجام‌شده است. در نتیجه الگوی پژوهش در 6 طبقه اصلی (موجبات علی، پدیده اصلی، شرایط زمینه‌ای، عوامل مداخله‌گر، راهبردها و پیامدها)، 6 مقوله اصلی (تعالی فرهنگی و معنوی جامعه، فرهنگ حمایت و نوآوری، چالش‌های صنعت گردشگری، تاب‌آوری ذی‌نفعان صنعت گردشگری، مدیریت تاب‌آوری، صنعت گردشگری تاب‌آور و پایدار)؛ 18 مقوله فرعی (سلامت معنوی، هم‌بستگی و انسجام اجتماعی، سلامت معنوی، نوآوری و خلاقیت، حمایت‌های دولتی و غیردولتی، چالش‌های صنعت گردشگری، ایجاد تاب‌آوری و حفظ ارزش‌های حاکم بر صنعت گردشگری، بهره‌مندی از ظرفیت‌های اجتماعی و فرهنگی، و غیره)؛ 64 کد مفهومی ارائه گردیده است. انتظار می‌رود به‌کارگیری الگوی تعیین‌شده در جهت تاب‌آوری و بهبود عملکرد صنعت گردشگری بهره‌برداری شود.
